Offering clients budget flexibility

We believe that the best business model for us is to help you succeed. We add value in order to create long-lasting relationships, and we don't nickel and dime you for small tasks or mark up the services that we book for you. Since we know that not all companies function the same way, we offer a variety of service models. And don't forget to check out our start-up packages and cleantech client discounts!

Project Budget

Project budgets are how we work with many clients. Whether it's planning or execution, we simply estimate the number of hours involved and give you a project budget along with a detailed scope of work to be covered. Expenses and any third-party services are passed on directly with no mark-up.

Combination Model

This model works well for clients who would like to have a consistent presence in the market but who are not yet sure of their expected milestones or marketing needs. Using this model, Helios can maintain a miminum level of activity through a retainer (media relations, speaker bureau, etc) and when a larger opportunity arises Helios can propose a project fee and scope of work for that project.

Retainer

A retainer budget works well for clients who are interested in regularized activity: tracking editorial calendars, pitching stories, writing and submitting abstracts for speaking opportunities, writing newsletters, ghost-writing executive articles on a monthly basis, and other similar work. In this case we mutually agree on the number of hours or the scope of the recurring program components so that we can determine the best retainer structure.

Start-Up Packages

Helios has created successful marketing communications programs for many start-ups, ensuring them the visibility and the authority they need to get customers and validation in the marketplace. These variable packages provide a means for you to focus on your technology and business development while we function as your virtual marketing and communications arm at the level you choose.
